Construction

Our furniture is designed and constructed with longevity and durability in mind.  Along with hiding most of our hardware, we spend more machine time on our poly which in return makes our product stronger.  We cut the material in multiple places, creating a pocket for the material to rest in.

Material

Our furniture is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a material that will never need to be painted or stained.  I will not rot or splinter.  We have added a UV protective agent to resist fading in our poly material that isn't affected by the  most corrosive substances and will not promote bacterial growth.  Our HDPE is friendly to the environment as all byproduct from the manufacturing process is recycled.

Service

Our local factory allows us to react to any needs your customer might have.  If any part of our frames break we will replace that part free of charge. 

Hardware

Type 316 Stainless steel is an austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel that contains between 2% and 3% molybdenum.  The content increases corrosion resistance, improves resistance to pitting in chloride ion solutions, and increases strength at high temperatures.
